SOUL DRAWINGS (LIVE ACT)

For my summer expo at Bar Stulp in Antwerp I experimented with a new special act. LIVE SOUL DRAWINGS, inspired by fortune teller animatronics and automaton machines. I translate your soul and who you are into a drawing coloured with watercolours. Loads of fun and because of the enthusiasm I received I’ll definitely do it again. Got to know so many interesting people and hear so many cool stories, amongst them a girl that does special effects make up in movies.

PULL & BEAR MACHINE

Here's a package design illustration I did for clothing store Pull & Bear a while ago. Fuelled by my love for crazy machines. Hand-drawn on paper, digitally coloured.

THE VOICE MACHINE (ANIMATION ON TV)

After my live drawing on The Voice recently I was asked again to make a giant machine to be animated and shown during a performance of jury member Bent van Looy's team. This job was totally up my alley and it was superfun to see my work that big.

See the animation on tv here!

I made a piece that is going to be part of a deck of playing cards for Party Food. An ongoing multi-dimensional art project by my friends from Brooklyn Joseph Gilette and Eric Schuster, involving installations, video projections, puppetry and musical theatre.
